Pilot ERP is made by MyClienta. Write to [email protected] — a person reads it. Invoices for processing go to [email protected].
What we store, and where
- Without an account: everything stays in your own browser. We hold nothing about you.
- With an account: your email address, and your company's working data — suppliers, customers, orders, invoices, ledger entries, the audit log. Stored on Cloudflare's network (EU/US edge) in a database partitioned per company.
- Invoice files: a document you upload is read in one request and not stored. Only the fields taken from it are kept in your books. A document you email in is stored in your inbox until you process or delete it.
- Reading is done by a language model (Groq) which receives the page image or text to extract the fields. Do not send documents you are not allowed to share with a processor. Nothing is used to train anything.
- No tracking of individuals. We count anonymous page visits to know whether the product is used. No advertising pixels, no profiles, no selling of anything.
Your data is yours
- Download everything any time from Export & backup — journals, trial balance, statements, audit log, and a full JSON backup.
- Delete everything from the LIVE welcome page, or write to [email protected] and we remove your account and its data.
- You can ask what we hold about you and we will send it. That is a GDPR right; here it is also just a button.
Terms, honestly
- This is bookkeeping software, not a bookkeeper. It applies rules you can see and explains every decision, but you and your accountant remain responsible for your accounts, your VAT and your filings.
- It does not move money. It can produce a payment file for your bank; you approve payments in your bank, never here.
- Automatic reading can be wrong. That is why every field is editable, every check is shown, and nothing posts until it passes or you approve it. Check the numbers against the document.
- Availability: we run on Cloudflare and aim to be up, but this is a young product without a service-level guarantee. Keep your own backups — the button is right there.
- Liability is limited to what you have paid us. If that is nothing, it is nothing.
- Danish law, Danish courts, if it ever comes to that.
Where this product is today
Pilot ERP is in early use. The finance spine (payables, receivables, ledger, assets, bank, close) is complete and working; it has not yet run a full year for a company with an auditor. If you are considering it for real books, talk to us first — [email protected] — so we can tell you honestly whether it fits.
